My First Blog Post

For a while now i’ve been thinking about starting a blog and now that it’s the summer holidays and I have nothing better to do I thought why not bite the bullet and do it!
I just can’t fit everything I want to say into an instagram caption – people stop reading after a while – and so this blog was born.
My aim for this blog is for it to be focused on fitness and food with reviews, helpful tips and my general thoughts on things in the industry. As a lover of active wear (sometimes my only motivation for exercise is the cute clothes) the reviews will mainly be centred around fitness fashion but I will also be writing about recipes I’ve tried along with my favourite food tv shows. Cooking is not my strong point so don’t expect any original recipes (unless it’s pesto pasta and halloumi – my go to dish at uni). As a relative newcomer to fitness I still remember all those questions I had and all the things I wished I could easily find information on. These will feature as posts as well.

*Disclaimer* I am in no way a professional or a personal trainer or anything like that so I won’t be able to provide perfect information but I have google and I will try my best to be as helpful and informative as possible.

Hopefully now my instagram captions won’t be as painful to read – but I make no promises. I have so many ideas for this blog and I’m really looking forward to sharing it with all of you.
